The iPod Nano is an MP3 player which allows the user to enjoy their music wherever they are. It allows the user to not only create their own personalized music list by it allows them to carry hundreds and in some cases thousands of songs wherever they go. During this article we will provide a little explanation on how an MP3 player works and how this relates to the iPod Nano.
An MP3 player uses solid state memory and is no more than a data storage device which has an embedded software application that allows the user to transfer files to the player. 4. Finally it amplifies the analog signal and so allows the user to hear the song.
However there is one big difference to be found with the iPod Nano in relation to other MP3 players in that it not only plays digital audio, but it can display digital photos as well. Today the iPod Nano comes in a variety of different GB capacities, which includes 2GB, 4GB and now an 8GB version.
But not only does it have these features it also comes with a flash memory instead of using a mini hard drive. It is only 90 x 40 x 6.5mm in size and only weighs 42g. The screen on this particular Apple MP3 player comes with a 1.5" (38mm) screen on the diagonal. But the actual brightness of the screen has also been increased by 40% and this makes it easier for the user to read whether indoors or outdoors when using it.
